Biography

Sean-Christopher Castle was admitted to practise in Jamaica in 2017 and is a founding partner of Cardinal Law. His practice spans civil and commercial litigation, conveyancing and mortgage financing, securities, corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, personal injury, entertainment and intellectual property law, as well as white-collar criminal defence.

Noteworthy Activity

➢ 2025 - Over JMD$2 Billion in property value for commercial and residential conveyancing Purchases and Sales.

➢ 2025 - Guiding several real estate developers in Planning and Construction of residential units (standalone houses, apartments and townhouses) across 4 parishes.

➢ 2024 - Guided a leading consumer electronics sales client in the against the acquisition of land and the development of a major warehouse and Government of showroom project. Drafted and negotiated multi million-USD Jamaica construction contracts, ensuring compliance, risk management, and successful project execution.

➢ 2024 – Advised several major local entities on intellectual property
contracts, including negotiations, licensing, and rights management.

➢ 2023 - Recovered over JMD$50 Million for Micro-Finance Entities, Loan Companies and Individuals from debtors through court and out of court
settlements.
